First of all can you tell me what Supplementation you are taking? I mean Vitamins and minerals to support your body? Ok well in that case since it is winter still for a little longer I would suggest that you start taking Vitamin D twice a day straight away. That should make life seem lighter and a bit easier. Then you can add in Vitamin C as a good ‘powerhouse’ to get your system kick started. And then the minerals Zinc and Magnesium which I reckon everyone should be taking anyway. As funny as this sounds I would suggest that you take Evening Primrose Oil for a few days around Full and New Moon too! Well that’s a good start.
Then what about your use of tech? Do you use a mobile phone? Ok then I suggest that you cut that down to using it in total only about one hour a day, maybe not at all at weekends, and turning it off overnight? Yes I know but there is always a landline to chat to friends? You don’t have a landline?! Well how about thinking about installing one again, but with a corded phone not a walkabout DECT phone, it’s so much safer. Yes that’s right, we need to cut down our exposure a lot to be healthy nowadays. Ok so that is a mobile, now what about wifi. Do you use a non wifi router? No, ok well that’s another thing that is important. Our bodies are very sensitive and anything we can do to support ourselves is very important for Preventative Health. We try to use as little medication as possible now and especially antibiotics and having as little radiation affecting the body is just as important, possibly more so. It’s all about Preventative measures now. So just getting back to wifi, you can change your router to a non-wifi version. It means that you would not be exposed to the wifi in the air anymore. No you don’t have to miss out on your tv shows on the smart tv, you just use a cable between the router and the tv instead. Everything should load faster as well so that can be a bonus of changing over. Nearly everyone has their router in their sitting room so this way you are cutting down on the health problems significantly. You just set up ‘homeplugs’ from a company like Devolo plugged into electrical sockets and programmed from the router so you can still have the internet in any room that you would like to have it with a device plugged in to the cable and attached to the plug. Easy stuff but with big rewards. Oh by the way I forgot to say that mobile phones never go upstairs to the bedroom. No not even as an alarm clock! That is a definite no no. No tech in the bedroom at all actually. No not even a tv. We are thinking about your future health and I want you to be stay as well and enjoying life as is possible.
Now the next thing is exercise. Do you walk every day? That’s great! Time spent outdoors and especially in nature is incredibly important. There have been loads of scientific studies done showing how beneficial being outdoors is to Mental Health but it is much more than that. It is pretty vital really. And I hope you have a little patch of garden that you can look after? Great, well done! Anything you can do to engage with the earth is fantastic and getting your hands in the dirt so to speak!
Now my last suggestion is that we look at where you are living. Is it a detached home? That’s lovely. You can balance your Energy much better that way. It’s difficult with neighbours Energy sometimes depending on how well they look after themselves. Yes I’m very into personal responsibility for healthcare, it’s the way forward now!
So we’ve talked about mobiles and wifi but you will also need to look at how much general tech you have in your home. Gadgetry in other words. Most people have way too much for their finely tuned health system. If you reduce it down by at least a half then that will help not only you but also the way that your house can support you too. Yes houses find tech difficult and disturbing and then it rubs off on you.
We need to get your house responding well in terms of its Earthing ability. So next I am going to suggest that we get your house cleared of GeoEmotional Stress. No its ok, it wasn’t known about much until after the pandemic but Emotion during that period became so bad that we needed to do something about it. The norm now is to get a house cleared and then maintain it every year to make sure it continues to support your health. We are gradually clearing all of the land in this area so soon you will be able to travel anywhere in this area and know that you are in a ‘safe space’ for Energy coming from the land. All of the Fear that everyone was feeling, let alone all of the Emotions that came after that. We feel stuff which gets attached to our homes and falls onto the land. But the thing is that it makes us feel sad, it makes it difficult to sleep, well it makes everything difficult actually! I don’t know how we managed before really. It feels good in the surgery doesn’t it? You feel lighter and happier here? Well that’s what a cleared house feels like! And the happier that you are the better your house and the health of everyone in your house can be too. They’ve been clearing houses in Europe for many decades now of other sorts of Energy and in some places won’t even build a house without clearing the land first! But this work is different. It’s very Emotion focused, and that’s how we will stay safe and strong in the future. By being very careful with our Emotional Health. It’s become clear that Emotion is at the root of everything to do with Health so the less that we are exposed to the better. A good positive life, that’s the way forward now! Our whole ethos has changed now to Preventative Healthcare and keeping everyone well naturally, and this is a big way that we can do it.
